    Franklin Bank SSB is now considered a Failed Institution by the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending.

    In order to protect your accounts or other security that was backed by Franklin Bank, SSB it is necessary that you follow certain specific procedures to file your claims, IN WRITING, together with proof that they exist, NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 10, 2009.
