Since beginning this firm in 1998, I have been blessed with not only tremendous personal growth as an individual and an attorney, but with an opportunity to build and mold a law firm, in the right way. After securing several mediation contracts with both the Federal Government and the State of Texas, I decided early in my career that my real professional goal was to build a law firm that could stand up in the courtroom against the biggest and the best firms in the State of Texas. As such, both I and my staff decided years ago that we will do whatever it takes to not only expand our personal injury practice, but to aggressively litigate important cases and to build a premiere mass tort action practice.

To this end, we are well on our way to achieving our goals. We represent thousands of injured victims, throughout the state of Texas. We have resolved matters for hundreds of injured workers that other firms were unwilling to touch. We have taken on some of the largest and wealthiest companies in America. We will continue to do so as the voice of our clients.

This is just the beginning. We continue to grow and to address injustice and seek damages for those who come to us. We are intimidated by nothing, and are ready to fight when we have to. We thank God everyday, not only for the opportunity to serve the best interests of our clients, but for His Grace and Blessings and allowing us to continue the journey upon which He has sent us.
